Innovation in sensors

Fozmula Limited is a private limited company, founded in 1977, which designs, manufactures and markets a wide range of electro-mechanical, mechanical and electronic sensors and gauges for equipment requiring liquid level, temperature and pressure measurement.

All our products are subjected to the requirements of our ISO EN 9001:2008 accreditation and Fozmula occupies a factory of 17,500 sq. ft. and employs over 50 people with a turnover exceeding £5M. An associated company, Fozmula Far East Pte Ltd, is based in Singapore and although small, is actively selling Fozmula products to Pacific Rim countries.

Quality and the environment

We have been ISO9001 approved since 1994 and updated to the latest edition several years ago.
Fozmula has grown and prospered due to a lively innovative product development programme which has ensured its products are always to the fore in the various markets which it serves. Our policy has always been one of continual improvement and excellence and this has manifested itself in the company's sustained growth. Our ISO9001:2008 accreditation has further embedded this strategy into our structure which is summarised in our Quality Policy Statement.

Trade organisations frequently provide indicators of the direction the future may take for their members’ products, so Fozmula joined OFTEC, The Oil Firing Technical Association and the FPS, Federation of Petroleum Suppliers, to ensure its range of fuel tank monitoring devices met the required technical guidelines. Additionally, we are a member of the CEA, Construction Equipment Association, and AMPS, the Association of Manufacturers of Power Generating Systems, to stay abreast of diesel engine technology and how it might influence the evolution of Fozmula’s related products.

Together with ourselves, all of these organisations are working towards a greener and more environmentally aware status which is why we earned the accreditation of ISO14001:2004. Please read our Environmental Policy Statement and help us to work together.
