The S292 is an active device designed to give an alarm signal if liquid falls below, or rises above, a preset level. It can be specified with a delay to eliminate false alarms due to turbulence.
Containing a factory programmable microprocessor, the switch provides a complementary voltage output on two pins.
Its small footprint with limited intrusion into the tank means a reduced risk of damage and a wide range of customer specifiable options make it suitable for many vehicle, power generation and industrial applications.
The S292 is a horizontally mounted switch for sensing diesel/oil levels. Fitted with an integral 4-pin Packard metripack connector the S292 features a factory programmable microprocessor. This enables the switch to provide a configurable complementary voltage output on two pins. All models have an optional time delay to reduce the risk of intermittent switching through liquid turbulence and a wide selection of switching outputs.
